What Are People Saying About Azerbaijan Airlines?
AZAL connects Baku to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East with a modern fleet. Travelers enjoy the Azerbaijani-inspired meals, professional crew, and a business class that punches above its weight — especially the local wine selection.
When things go wrong though, limited flight frequencies can turn a delay into a multi-day wait. Communication during disruptions and rebooking support are areas travelers wish the airline would improve. On a normal day, it's a genuinely pleasant way to fly.
