Dear Toyoko Inn Team, Hello. I am a frequent guest who has stayed at Toyoko Inn hotels in Japan, Korea, and Germany during my travels and business trips. However, during my most recent stay in February at your Toyoko Inn Gangnam branch in Seoul, Korea, I had a very disappointing experience. Compared to other Toyoko Inn branches in Korea, this particular hotel had the poorest service and cleanliness. In addition, the breakfast quality was noticeably lower than other branches in Korea and was not enjoyable. I have always valued Toyoko Inn for its consistent service and standards, which is why this experience was unexpected.
