It is a family-operated, clean, well-run hotel. The owner is very attentive; from a short message for restaurant reservation a few weeks ago, she took a mental note that the first evening was the birthday of our son and had a nice surprise to him on the dinner table. Furthermore, we enjoyed the breakfast concept very much. We knew the time of breakfast and everything we had ordered a day before was on the table in the morning. This is time saver for parents with little children compared to regular buffet concepts where we spend a lot of time going back and forth to buffet. Also breakfast was very delicious as many others have pointed out earlier. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and in Texel very much. Thank you.
